Our company can send orders all around Greece with 5€ extra cost. Deliveries in Post Office Boxes are NOT carried out. Deliveries are completed by courier companies.
Any order is being sent in between 2 working days since the order is been placed, if the products are in stock. When you place the order, you will receive a confirmation message to your email. Processing, receiving orders and deliveries are not accomplished on weekends or National holidays.
Shipping Time:
- Accessible areas: 1-3 working days
- Inaccessible areas: 1-5 working days
In case of force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, pandemic, etc.) your order is likely to be delayed. The procedure that is followed in these cases is to be informed by our company, and affirm us if you still want to complete your order.
By entering your personal account to Kourtinaportas.gr, you can track your order.
If you are not able to represent during the delivery, the delivery man will leave you information to contact the company, in order to make new appointment, when you are more facile.
If you want to change the delivery address of your order, you must inform us at least in between 24 hours to our email info@kourtinaportas.gr abstracting your code number of the order. You can do the same if you want to cancel your order. If you contact us after the order has been sent from our base of operations, then you cannot cancel it. You can follow the procedure at the section of “RETURNS”.
